The event was inaugurated by Union Home Minister
Rajnath Singh on September 16 in the presence of Minister of State (IC) for
Tourism K.J. Alphons.

The festival rejoices cultural traditions, arts & handicrafts,
ornaments (colourful jewellery) and other particulars of culture and tradition
of 32 states and Union Territories.

There were 18 stalls (State theme pavilion) that depict their culture
& tradition, 54 stalls of cuisines which serves their tradition foods and
sweets and a kitchen studio by IHM Pusa.
